St. George Pioneer Park

This massive 50-acre park has scenic red rocks, numerous hiking trails, and plenty of picnic spots. You won’t want to miss the view from Dixie Rock. The expansive view extends all the way to Arizona and Zion National Park.

Dinosaur Discovery Site
The St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site is so impressive you just might consider a career in paleontology.
This rare site includes a preserved lake ecosystem from over 200 million years ago. You can get up close and personal with fossilized dinosaur footprints. You can also check out restorations and tracks from the early Jurassic period.
The Dinosaur Discovery Site also hosts rotating events and exhibits throughout the summer. Your kids won’t want to miss Dino Tuesday’s. This includes special dinosaur centered activities with take-home crafts and prizes.
